the trouble with that scenario, klimmer, is that it isn't supported by the evidence. the christian notion of hell, when you sit down and reflect on it for five or six seconds, is inherently contradictory. there is a god set up ruling over all of existence, but the god plays games with it. devils are permitted to come and go from hell. we humans are the ones who'll be stuck there forever.
the movies do a better job than the bible. they give us a universe--multiverse, if you will--of conflicting entities and their civilizations, with different philosophies and different degrees of technological achievement. star wars, star trek, whatever. the worst it gets are self-interested klingons and empires which strike back. god and angels do not seem to have ultimate power. goodness rules only in the heart, and the hymns and carols of its refuge.
one thing carries over from both the movies and the bible. individual humans, despite having the wool pulled over our eyes bigtime, seem to retain some level of importance before any and all of these entities, whose struggle for power reaches right down into our daily lives. you're operating on sketchy clues dropped thousands of years ago. i think a god which cared about us would be giving us updates.
some interesting things about jesus, in light of recent ufology material: jesus's "incarnation", life among us, death and resurrection have many parallels in the accounts of abductees and contactees. alien entities seem to be obsessed with things like physical, though not necessarily sexual, penetration, and eugenic breeding. jesus, after all, is the ultimate eugenic product. aliens also seem to have the ability to make bodies pass through walls and windows. resurrection from a stone tomb? pretty small potatoes when they can take you through the walls of your house and up into the belly of a spaceship.
another thing about EBEs is that, even though their life expectancy is quite a bit longer than ours, they nevertheless seem to live out a life cycle and die. 200 years? 1,200? depends on the EBE, i guess, but consider how sweet, kindly jesus seemed to disappear from the planet earth about the time of the council of nicea, after which humans took over and turned his schtick into our modern religious mess. i wouldn't be surprised if the poor fellow went on to other things.

Army Counterintelligence agent, Doug Mutschler, says that when China exploded its largest underground nuclear test on May 22, 1992, geologists and seismologists used the event to study the Earth's crust and discovered a large pyramid-shaped structure underground in western Alaska between Mount McKinley and Nome on Norton Sound. Allegedly,
Anchorage Channel 13 broadcast one news story in the fall of 1992 about the China nuclear test and subsequent pyramid discovery. The Army agent says he learned the news report was ordered erased. Well, that is the Billion dollar question isn't it?
I come from a particular point of view. I make no excuses for this point of view. We were told this would happen toward the end of this modern era of man (not talking The End of the World, just the rapid coming to an end of this era of mankind only. Aka "The Last Days." From this end, a new era or age begins!)

The budding of the Fig Tree, among all the trees is the reestablishment of the Nation of Israel which happened in 1947/48, and the return of the tribes of the people of Israel scattered in diaspora throughout the nations. That is now happening and is on-going. Israel is getting ready to rebuild the Temple, the 3rd Temple. Another prophecy that will be fulfilled counting down to the end of the age.
Matthew 24:36-39, “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”
As in the days of Noah is incredibly prophetic and note-worthy. The days of Noah were wicked beyond belief. Read the book of Enoch. Fallen Angels came down to Earth and mated with fallen women, and took up wives as many as they chose. They had off-spring that were not meant to be. The worst of Fallen Angles and the worst of Fallen Man, the Nephilim. This is not unlike what is happening now in our time with all the close encounters and abductions and the dark demonic interest by "ET" to develop mutant off-spring. We've heard this story before. Nothing new under the Sun. It's a 21st century spin.
Luke 21:25-26, NIV. "There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken."
I think we are getting there and are now experiencing the pre-birth pains, the beginning of sorrows. We have abused Earth and planted the seeds of our own destruction from an environmental point of view and are now suffering as a result of our own doing: acid rain, pollution of all kinds in the air, water, and food, global warming, untreatable deseases, radioactive waste, bombs, and munitions, endless war, etc. etc. etc.
But something more will happen that he described that we have no control over what-so-ever and then at a massive physical and world-wide environmental scale. These are The Birth Pains that Yeshua talked about.

The point is to be aware of what is taking place and not to be fooled by it. Many will be. Eventually ETs/Aliens will be fully disclosed World-wide whether corrupt governments want it to happen or not. One day we will all see it and know. They will make a grand appearance some how, some way, someday, for all the World to see. There will be no denying it. But if you know its coming and who they are, and why they are doing this, then you won't be fooled and faint from terror ...

But HaShem Adonai Elohim told us before what would happen, before it happens so we know. He doesn't want to lose us. We can come back and ask forgiveness and he gives it, through the redeeming blood of his son Yeshua HaMashiach. We can become sons and daughters again of The Most High, The Ancient of Days, and call The Father, "Aba."
Probably no other movie that is so scary and brings this scenario out into the open ... ET is absolutely demonic.
