The Porter brothers (a.k.a., from left to right, Jacko, Cracko, & Hacko/Festus)and some of their kids.
Coulter Bay, last summer...the day after nightfall pinned the hapless trio on Symmetry Spire.

dirtineye-

I'm glad I'm not the only one to not only use my Shield harness for wall routes, but for cragging too.

well, i guess i've spent enough time lurking on this thread.

Blake AKA "blake" in Tuolumne (Hobbit Book, I think)

Clyde Minaret

hey, this is fun, looking at old trips. some silly ones:

Really watered down root "beer" on Dinner Ledge (with my brother)

not-sure-what's-going-on-rappel GPA, Yosemite Valley

prepping for something very serious on the East Coast (note coonskin cap, unnecessary mirror goggles, hemp rope, wood ice axe)

California waterfall ice (snowshoes, t-shirt helmet, no jacket)

alpine start with my brother (nice outfits), Avalanche Peak (Arthur's Pass, NZ)

oops that's enough.

keep em coming!

Family Porter / Blakes, and everyone else, meet the Anderson family;
Barrybro, Jaybro, Natalie (mine) Chasbro, Hannah (Barry's} , Gillett Wyo July '06 on occasion of granddaddy Chas' daughter Elin's wedding. Two days before Natalie's first climb up Devil's Tower!

Where is Russ', Supertopo/Sgt Pepper's team photo?

Nice to see so many smiling faces! The family:

Many smiles per square inch. (plus timmy & moglo)

Skiing over spring break at Snowbird. Rob Raker snapped this picture atop West Baldy. Max is 18, Sam is 14 and Isaac is 11. Jenni is finishing a book on Alex, who we are reminded of daily – the boys are full of energy!

The Honorable Mr. Piquaclimber has hit on something essential to ST's ability to move on to something more. A small picture showing each poster on their identification link at the upper left. Think?

Good on you, Conrad!

Edit, there's too much good here to single out much, but, thanks for reposting that stich-in-nose photo crimp, that's been one of my (many)favorites.

For you Ball Four fans, check out Greg Cameron (eeyonkee) on the first page--he's a dead ringer for Jim Bouton.
