Are ducks really so elusive that you need to go to the extremes as the guys in the picture to have a chance of killing one?

The ducks around here will eat out of your hand, whether you're dressed in camouflage or not. Wringing one's neck would be no trick.


This from a Calif boy like myself....

It's a whole different dynamic in the swamps than hand-feeding ducks in Cali where you'd be fined for even touching them.

Consider that they are trying desperately to match wits with a duck and realize they need every advantage possible. It aint easy quackin' off.
