Norton doesn't act like an abusive as#@&%e. bluering does...most of the time.

If you can't see the difference, you either sincerely don't follow either of them that much, or your perception is a little tweaked.

Presently we are at the most important part of this banning affair. Where we decide what went wrong. We all have surely noticed that JE and many others do not simply state their opinion in the form of “as received wisdom.” In a succinct fashion they discuss why their opinion is as it is. This may be the only way to initiate a real discussion. Doing so not only lowers the temperature, it causes everyone to look again at their own experience. Only by doing so can we find weaknesses and become more assured we are on the right track.

Norton’s absence will have left him unaware of an incendiary issue currently roiling ST’s waters. He needs to be warned. Under no crcumstances let yourself be drawn into discussion of the Yosemite Finish. That issue promises to be the finish of us all.
