Very sad to hear about Steve. It was always fun to hang out with him, bouldering and at saftey meetings. The Point lost one of it's tribe. RIP Steve.

It was over the weekend. Had a great time. Fished in the morning bouldered at Pocketopia in the afternoon. Then on Sunday we bouldered at the Sads.

Nice to visit via your videos, Pyro. Haven't been back since Bob's memorial.
I was introduced to rock climbing at Stoney in August of 1961 by Jack Hansen (an old Vulgarian). I was 29 years old going on 30. The following summer I met 3 high school seniors from Canoga Park High School: Ken Boche, Dennis Hennek, and Russ McLean. Although they were 13 years younger than me, we became bosom buddies and are still bosom buddies today. There was nothing at Stoney that had been climbed that we couldn't climb. There were things we did climb that other's hadn't. Ah, memories!

please bring some life to those classic piton crafted climbs..
