Zip, It's Wally Barker's trailer and it's still at the pit, but is going to be moved to his ranch.

The mechanic told me that he plans to have the car finished on Sunday.

Billy,

thanks for the update on your rig. bet your looking forward to having your wheels back under you, and not having your women chauffeur you around.

the pit will not be the same, without the king.

maybe Happie can take over?

looking forward to climbing with you this season.

I always thought of Blitzo as sort of the Pit Bull! Heard so many stories of Meth heads jacking any thing you don't have on your back if you so much as turn your head - I kind of felt the Pit was a safer place with Blitzo in residence.

As for me - My winter is up in the air right now. Clients will have my head on a plate if I don't return to NYC in December.... So, if I go west, it will be that I sell my dog business to my assistant(I mentioned the possibility today and he would be interested).

If I can continue the caretaker job at the Coxing Kill cabin for the season next year....then I may forego the winter road trip idea and spend the time from Dec-March giving more effort to growing my hair accessory business, and... selling the dog biz in March, and.....possibly giving up my apartment.

But - like I said - it's up in the air. This caretaker gig came from out of the blue and has made me rethink my position.....

But _ I would still, of course, at least do a trip to Jtree in December, as is my tradition.

Like, I have to buy some gaskets, tranny fluid, an oxygen sensor, and a seal, so far. I also need to have the flywheel turned. May be around $250.00 Total. I'v been working a little, which helps.

I'm not sure. The mechanic hasn't given me a complete estimate yet.

I listed a couple things on eBay to help with costs.

I just talked to the mechanic. He's finding all kinds of things wrong. It's going to cost hundreds more than I originally thought. I guess I'm kind of fuked!

Stop talking to the mechanic.

And take the car home after the clutch job.

Do the rest yourself. You do have a wrench don'tchya.

Or maybe just a wench ....

Werner,

great advice, but maybe it needs more clutch stuff to get it running.

oh yeah, did you send your cover charge for giving advice?
