Here's a photo of our Super Topo Master Chef, Wayno, climbing on "First Lead, Practice Rock. This has a variety of starts, and feels harder than the guidebook rating to most who climb it...sandbag!

Moose....how are you feeling? We missed you at the gathering...a fun time was had by all.
While we didn't suffer from a lack of polish cooking, a rope gun of your esteemed quality is always good to have around.

Got home mid-day today & have had a busy afternoon unloading a pick-up load of group & personal gear.

My condolences to those that missed the "get-together" & much praise for all attendees. It was a great group that climbed hard, partied hard, & most importantly: shared in providing yummy food & beverages & helped at attending to camp chores.

I had not done a day of technical climbing so far this year, so I paced myself, but enjoyed a number of pleasant 5.4-5.8 routes. On Thursday Mark & I "Geezered-Up", left camp at 8:00 A.M. & climbed a well-bolted 4 pitch 5.7 classic named, Theatre of Shadows. Since it was mostly my idea, I was selected to be the "geeze-rope-gun."

The climb entails a long hike, but the views of "The City" are rewarding.

I'm limping today, but it was fun, as was the whole darn gathering. Great people, great weather, & great attitudes all around.

And fine beverages.

Yes, another great COR trip.

Fritz, isn't Theater of Shadows an all-time geezer classic? I had such a great time up there with Skully and 11worth that I actually considered quitting smoking and climbing again.

For about an hour and a half.

It was so cool to hang out with new and old friends in such a magical place.

Now I'm in Wyoming, fishing and touring the Great West.

Word on the underground grapevine says you're fishing for puppies...

Or, at least the boss lady is.
