So, do the Lakers get to pummel the bulls in the finals this year?
Down 0-2 and heading to Dallas - I think you have your answer.
A resounding NO.
Miami/ Dallas - Miami in six.
And this is probably the end of the dominance of the Lakers. There are too many other teams that are really good and looking to get better. Miami will be better next year. OK will be just as good. Chicago will be better. Heck, even the Knicks might be a really good team.
Boston is done for. The Lakers will compete but unless they bring in some big free agent their time is over. Dallas might be a one and done team this year. All those guys are pretty damn old. And of course San Antonio is "turn 'em over, their done".
Heck, I might even argue that the power has finally switched from the West to the East. Certainly it's closer. It'll be interesting to see what happens in free agency.

well... I agree except.... if Kobe bails on the Fakers and moves to Miami, Chicago, Oklahoma, New York.... then he'll appear in another NBA final (as a side kick).

I always find the money part interesting. Who tried to buy the best team? What is surprising to me, Memphis spent more than San Antonio. The Heat are only in the middle of the pack. And look, there are the Bulls near the bottom. Who really are the underdogs?
