2) rap bolting is fun !
3) because I blew up my f*#king shoulder repair a month ago and am in pain. less than two years...
shoulder dr swears I couldn't have blown it apart with the weight I was using...regular Dr and the medical experiment I'm on taking 1 or 2 statins and 1 or a placebo antibody injection for cholesterol swear blood tests would have shown something before ligament/connective tissue damage would have occurred...
so here I'm sittin, with my shoulder feeling like the t shirt sleeve is turned inside out...but inside the shoulder...w00t...
