Apogee? Per your post:
What happened to the 'nazi' thread? And the 'collusion berder' thread?
Is that a "rhetorical question?"
Since, I can't believe you don't know what happened to them.
If you have a point, let's see it.

At this time, Bloomberg intrigues me more than the rest of the aspiring 2020 Dem herd.
sigh, another billionaire, but. . . . .
he has more disposable income than trump, and I agree with him on climate change, and gun control.
hmm.

He has a cool head and I can most easily envision him being able to stand up to & knock down Trump's wall of bullsh#t. The only other Dem candidate that might have that kind of ability would be Biden.

Trump tweets 40 times on Day 30 of shutdown
The president’s feed overflowed with messages of support from lawmakers, James Woods and Jacob Wohl’s dad.

President Donald Trump rung in Day 30 of the longest government shutdown in U.S. history, as well as the two-year anniversary of his tenure in the Oval Office, with a mammoth 40 posts to his Twitter feed over the course of Sunday.
The president’s day on his favored social media platform began as most do — with some boasting about the state of the American economy, accompanied by lamentations over its perceived lack of coverage by members of the news media. Through the dizzying day, he would cover a variety of topics with his tweets and assorted retweets, even landing in the world of sports late in the evening.
Forty. Frickin'. Times.
On Day 30 of his gov't shutdown. Truly pathetic.
This guy tweets like the rest of us polititards post!

Ocasio-Cortez says she gives 'zero' f---s about pushback from Democrats
By KATIE GALIOTO 01/22/2019 09:42 AM EST
https://www.politico.com/story/2019/01/22/ocasio-cortez-criticism-from-democrats-1116699
(Besides the above comments, also this:)
“People called Martin Luther King divisive in his time. We forget he was wildly unpopular when advocating for the Civil Rights Act,” she said. “I think that what we really need to realize is that social movements are the moral compass and should be the moral compass for our politics.”
“I’m sure Ms. Cortez means well, but there’s almost an outstanding rule: Don’t attack your own people,” said Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.) in an interview earlier this month. “We just don’t need sniping in our Democratic Caucus.”
More 'not helpful'. Inexperienced, idealistic millenials like this who completely close themselves from the useful experience of those before them are foolish, and not in the interests of their own Party.
If AOC was wise, she would tone down her rhetoric, while maintaining an independent stance, and do so utilizing all of the resources around her, of all generations- not just her own. Of course, that would require political experience, something of which she is in critical short supply.
Edit:
Comparing what she is doing to MLK is especially obnoxious and juvenile.

I'd like to think that it's possible to be innovative about change and do it smartly with grace and style, even in politics. The Democrats definitely need a new direction and inspiring leadership, but haven't we all had enough of crude thumbs in the eye?
