Just a bump,
Although I had a strange dream. I'm walking in a Josh expanse and the washes, seem a ways away.
I never dream of the monument
Sorry national park.
I will try to put these thoughts together, It seems like I know everyone, A man I don't know is un-clear but present in the group .
The group includes climbers and a strange assortment that kinda shocked me.
A man it took a bit to place, was my childhood Barber,
but his once jet black Pom-pador, was salt and pepper, in a widows peak pattern,
As this group moved i saw distinctly a
Wash? or side vally that tampered into domes. The thing is I'm lost I have no route reference in the dream to give any hint of where.
It has been a maddening day I do not want to lose this, It was this not that canyon that we headed to across a grade down then Of course up.
There are 4 distinct domes 2 on each side of the canyon we follow the 6-7 climbers , a lot of people for a dream. The objective, seen only from the valley is a high gully that splits left (east?)and ends below the farthest dome,s back side and a lesser dome that has a large Blocky formation at the top. The balcony that lies below the Very Rectangular spires, Is huge.
The thing is that Im sure when i get the draw for the first pitch, I'm getting it to gather and I look over at The Barber and he is Belaying some one, I Ask, Who's that? & why is he on the rock?
The Greek barber, looks at me, & says what are you Heat stroked, that Fonda. you were taking to long.
There is more some i kinda understand so brought on my intense family strife in my life.
I do not know what to say other than it would be wrong, given how much time I spend, to then not share.

I never knew Robert except for here on the Taco. That bums me out. I'd hoped we could hang.

The day I first met Robert he said he was on the skip loader digging the pit for two solid weeks. That's
a long time when you don't know how something will turn out. For two years before he passed the Pit
was a great success. The place was clean, orderly, and there were no complaints thanks to the support
of Phil Bircheff and others. Even the neighbors were glad we were there so the local hooligans would not
trash the neighborhood.
Thanks to Robert's effort, climbers had a huge win.

I'm not on the Taco much these days...has there been any discussion of having a memorial get together for Robert?
Still thinking about him a lot, it's nice to read through all the positive posts and remember how awesome of a guy he was.
My thoughts are with you Hilde, thank you for staying in contact with all of us in this most difficult time.

on the 30th .................the backside of the moon will be full
I was thinking of a black hanes t-shirt with a picture of the full back side of the moon on the back with tribute to rlf under the pic. .....look it up and check images just to see what you all think ? we are all together on this.......................so help me / us ? at this point its just Tom Romish, Hilde and I .............we need to hook up and get this ball rolling !!!!!!!!! O K !........say Amen, lets go, start, launch, pull the trigger, get to work, charge, lets get going, its time !
