I like your palette, Throwpie. And your deftness and the straightness of the lines.

Here we have a couple of quilts by Linda Grass who specializes in aerial views of the valley and the SF Bay.

Part of a series about confluences of bodies of water that no longer exist due to human impact. This is the confluence of the San Joaquin and Merced rivers paired with Chinook salmon, a species endangered by the disappearing confluence.

Central Valley is the best.

Not like the boring mountains with nothing but st00pid dirt and rocks.

Without the beautiful lush central valley and the food it provides to the world one would never get out of their st00pid door.

The modern st00pid nuts and bolts technological brainwashed world always need to bow down to the humble farmer working in the dirt growing their foodstuffs ...... :-)
