Yo Friend,
I've been out to the Black Bluffs there and done Aurora Borealis. Great pitch.
But I still can't make sense out of that big chimney in the background, I have pics from that day (about 2&1/2 years ago) and I can't find that feature...
That's a neat crag. I thought the top out on the 10c to the right was quite interesting.

Red Rocks - a Vegas classic but probably not often climbed. This one is in Oak Creek canyon.
Looks like the Blood Wall - maybe Seppuku
No guesses on the last one? It is a well known classic. Many of the pitches here are named individually, so although this is the third pitch off the deck, it has its own name. Your options for the first pitch are either a famous 5.13 or almost-as-famous 5.9.......
Pretty sure that is Sloe Children

this has to be one of my favorite threads in a long while. So here's another two...
As per Friend's request, another one from Idyllwild:
This one's NOT in California. I guess it's not so much a route as a formation. But our objective that day was THE classic moderate up the face and up the right side of the roof.

Ed, focus some more again besides.
If there are routes no one knows about, no one has done 'em and they have no name. They are in no known guidebooks, they will never be repeated till they are done, if ever. If you're the guidebook editor for that area where the photo is taken, and you don't know it, you're gonna wonder, is that Arlo Guthrie talking to me, or is it someone trying to channel that old buzzard?
Who the f*#k cares besides guidebook editors and the first ascenders? I don't care about climbs nobody knows about. I don't think it's a good idea on the whole. So fucous.

Name that climb. SteveA is BANNED for this one (and that's also a hint). And I didn't steal this image from anyone, really.

Looking at the shoes, late 80's/early 90's. Was initially thinking somewhere in the Vampire Spires but the wind blown snow in the second image kind of negates that. I don't think Bugaboos.
I'll go with Cerro Torre - Compressor Route ?
