hey there locker and ashbug... say, glad to hear all is going good and well... say, if you ARE going to work, just remember:
do NOT overdo it and do not let your resistancy go down...
work on the home front, is natural as to "critters" and folks, etc...
but--office and demanding hours, factories, and all the etc, can force one to over-do....
please take care not to do that...
say, we may need ol' daddy-bug to "ride herd" on you, so take care...
love and god bless (due to me being a gramma at MY homefront, well... just being a mom and gramma here too, oh my!)...

AshBug,
I hope foreclosure procedures are not occurring however if they do
a short sale also sometimes referred to as an illegal assumption
(it's usually not assumpsit which is a ratified conversion) is usually
legal in CA. This can save a credit rating for the near future with equity
though it's usually always reduced equity in a non buyers market or not.
It's probably best to sell immediately without a short if any Bankruptcy
proceedings are foreseen.

Where are you getting all my face pictures from? Those are pretty recent (I think)... But man, you are making me look BAD! lol.
I am definitely not over-doing it, I can't afford it... And NOPE, I am not in foreclosure. I am an Escrow Officer and am aware of Short Sales, I handle them. Thank you for your concern and advice.
Still doing well and I am not sure how I put up with my Dad... I guess you just LEARN to! lol

hey there ashbug, and locker... say, humor relieves worries-and-such from the ol' brain waves, i highly suspect--you are now in the midst of some of it--"ol' dad" is getting freed-up after all that hard time as a parent, for his child... ... ;)
glad said card, and gift got there, locker... :)
happy christmas to your family, as we know this has been a hard year for many, and if we all can just share "love and smiles scattered around here", just a bit... it's like keeping "life jackets and life-savers" around the ol' "swimming-hole of life"...
keep letting us know how you all are, as you cross the finish line to all this, hopefully by the new year... (not sure how long it takes to make sure infection-scares, etc, dont hang around and try to haunt)...
