"We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity." Ann Coulter
Assuming that's an accurate quote in context, you think I agree with that?
You don't know me...(It's be nice if you posted a link to the full context of that)
EDIT:
Well B, I've always suspected you live a sheltered life.
What, because I don't take Ann's words as gospel????

Here is Ann Coulter's quote, as requested
After the September 11 attack masterminded by a terrorist hoping to spark a religious war, virtually every official and pundit knew better than to take the bait. Except for conservative commentator Ann Coulter, who wrote in a syndicated column on September 12 that in responding to terrorists "we should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity."
The column outraged the public, but conservatives, including National Review editor Richard Lowry, ascribed Coulter's column to grief over the loss of a friend in the attacks. But the following week, Coulter was at it again: "Congress could pass a law tomorrow requiring that all aliens from Arabic countries leave....We should require passports to fly domestically. Passports can be forged, but they can also be checked with the home country in case of any suspicious-looking swarthy males." This time Lowry spiked her column. Coulter responded by calling Lowry and his staff censorious "girly boys." Lowry then dropped her as a contributing editor. Other conservative leaders also condemned her comments.

I think a lot of Americans agreed with her on Sept 12, 2001. And that isn't the whole context of the article, is it? Maybe I'll find it.

A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices.
I'd say that pretty much defines your existence, at least the part that makes it through the keyboard.
Really? Maybe your own prejudices are interfering. Think about it.
I have Muslim climbing partners that do have clashes with me on occasion, but am I really a 'bigot'. Would I even associate with them if I were a 'bigot'.
I love the way that term is tossed about. WesCHRIST seems, typically, to be the bigot he accuses others of. I'm used to this, he hates Christians but excuses some muslim extremeist behavior in the name of Christians doing 'the same'.
F*#king typical.
EDIT:
A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices.
So that is me? If others agree, I'd love to here why they think that....

Christians are just as capable as being terrorists. But statistically it's a pretty small number and they usually don't target innocent masses of people.

I hope quoting Wikipedia isn't too bad of form, but I'll keep it brief:
Hitler expressed admiration for the Muslim military tradition and directed Himmler to initiate Muslim SS Divisions as a matter of policy.[321] According to one confidant, Hitler stated in private, "The Mohammedan religion too would have been much more compatible to us than Christianity. Why did it have to be Christianity with its meekness and flabbiness ..."
So that's the view of one of history's great terrorists.
(Seems to me that pretty much all popular modern religions renounce terror; how they were practiced in the past is a different question.)

Yeah, I read about that, Mojede. That'd be like wearing a MLK shirt with a bullseye on him around 'African-american' students.
The other kids will deal with it in their own high-school fashion. I think they were told by the school to not wear them anymore (to school).

Blue:
They "believe" they are doing right.
They don't question their "beliefs."
EDIT:
From the link to the NYT Wes provided:
"This is a shock to me that he would do something like this,” Mr. Cook said.
“But you get your anger up, you do it."
Using anger, we abandon rationality.
I would say all the people who try to blow themselves and others up are angry, but they are not all angry. A standard technique has been to handcuff the driver to the steering wheel and have another car following with the clicker. If the driver goes the wrong way the following car just sets it off and then probably as promised, goes back and kills the guy's wife and kids.
Anger allows one to do crap like that, and feel self righteous all at the same time.
If you believe in a god whose believers have a history of that kind of behavior, I guess it can work.

It appears THIS guy wasn't bored, just fed up with the government and taxes. Sound familiar?
http://www.nytimes.com/2010/02/19/us/19crash.html
Is he a terrorist Bluey? There is no mention of Islam, so I'm just not sure.
Yeah, technically he was a terrorist. An anti-govt terrorist with a certain common denomonitor. He didn't play the game of life right. He was a tax-cheat. He got called on it and snapped.
No Muslim, just dirtbag. Loser.
That's all.
