Ed, Wow, they turned out Great!!!
Delhi Dog, Ed took one of me , but i asked him not to post it. With all those above stats, Ed didn't mention.....
That he took the pictures on Sunday morning.. no grooming and after many days of dirt camping and late nights.
Plus...His camera was about arms length away..... it was not easy for me.

Wonderful portraits, Ed. You capture more than mere faces. Personalities -- and why I love climbing and climbers -- really shine through. Thank you much.

These are great Ed. I always think about shooting portraits of people, but I really suck at it and I feel uncomfortable asking people to pose.
Great job!

I usually do a fast scan at 1000 dpi to see if the image is worth more work.
for the Web 400x600 is sufficient (that's what those are), in fact, there are lots of images that look fine in that resolution that just don't blow up...
when I print, I go to 4000 dpi, and usually 8 to 16 passes, then I can usually print to 12"x18"
anything larger and I go to my photofinisher who will scan at 8000 dpi (if I push him) where some photos blow up to 24"x36" (at 300 dpi on the print)

Every picture of Nita I've ever seen Is beautiful.
