Hey Jim, its been a long time...I think I saw you last a few years ago at Rock and Snow. As a fellow 45 year-old (with 51 years of climbing experience) I wish you all the best middle age can bring.

Happy birthday, to the man once memorably described by Chuck Kroger as the "big boss barbarian". I hope that he is lurking and reads this thread, or that someone draws it to his attention.

hey there say, oh my....

how very wonderful and too see some great pics of jim, too...
say, jim, happy birthday for you, and cheers through the great sky, so blue...

breath in the air, and smell of the great out doors...
and the smell of the pines, from the ground's solid floors...

and may you cherish the memoires that it all does bring...
and say, may your birthday even be full of newer memories as well, and--well into next spring!

god bless!

Happy B-day Jim!

Sorry for running your phone bill up so much yesterday. Deluxe accomodations await you for the "Sea Cruise" that you've won.

So let's celebrate!

Oh yeah, we're both not drinking much anymore. How do you feel about that?

I totally get it... we all have to become serious about our lives at some point in time...

Hey, even rock stars can have a bad hair day... just be gratefull that you still got it...
