Duece, Really enjoyed the show man. I had the whole crew here at work looking and cooing over my shoulder. Sweet stuff!

This route looks like it has some cool corners and other features. Seems like most folks these days do the finishing option on NS for Iron Son. Actually, I think the 9-25 EC report had a party up there now.
Sure is a nice sized chunk of stone falling off...

Good-grief, who are these two guys - they look really familiar. btw, they sure went to great lengths to hook up with some 'hot half-naked guys' on the top... the gentleman on the right looks very relieved that the 'disco box' made it intact!

Bump yet again.
I look at these pictures and I get all misty about the time I met a bud in the Valley to climb Iron Hawk. We hump our stuff up there get about a pitch and half up and he's climbing really slow, acting weird. I ask him what's going on with him and he fesses up that he cracked a couple of ribs earlier in the week. So much for that adventure.

I learned how to solo on Iron Hawk in 1997. I hadn't soloed anything longer than a couple pitches prior to climbing it.
This flake was pretty detached at the time and I wonder if it's still there? It was too loose to place anything behind it for pro, so I hooked across it instead.
This shot of me and Wee-Wee was taken by a couple guys who passed me on the route. Old scan with crappy colour and resolution - sorry!

I love the contrast between these two dirtbags gear and Hudon's recent gear shots from Tribal Rite!
Make you feel a little affluent Mark?

"Rich in memories!!!"
Amen!
TC, how bout sharing a few of those memories with us! Ya know, the fabled "Generation Gap" ascent of the Salathe' Wall with Millis. Or perhaps FA TR and the milk & cookies...
Edit: Maybe start another thread.
