Kate, that's a good idea. My weigh-in this morning wasn't high enough. Maybe I'll eat some chocolate or go for pizza myself and weigh in tonight. Otherwise, I'm certain to be payin'

Zip & others... if you are truly participating please send me an email and yes I will answer it (even you Gregg).

This is a little somethin' that showed this morning in my email from a participant. Say hello Rob!

I'm poised to kick some Fat ass in this challenge, since I didn't get as honed this summer as usual.

But...

I have this lazy problem

Does that mean I can weigh in while holding a big camera, 12" hoagie, and a large soda? I put 'em down, and I'm like 3 lbs ahead already!

I felt light this morning but when I got to work, this guy had brought in a medium peporoni, so I hid it in the car and snuck pieces into the microwave via the lab coat pockets that we had to wear for a customer the last couple of days the pizza was good and the show and tell is over, the stock market is back what a frickin week, eh?

Can I get in on this if i can't get a weight until tomorrow (spaced it at the gym today)?

Though I have been told twice today by gracious women, important to me, that I "don't need to lose ten pounds."....

Actually, if you do it right, your weight stays the same, but the muscle mass goes up.
Otherwise, it's just atrophy, and then a rebuild into the original situation.

So Sooze and Russ, pretty soon the weight drops...then we need a workout challenge to get the bod toned. So can you all create a winter muscle gal/man challenge. All the weight loss peeps should be good to go with a workout to keep them in shape after losing the lbs. right'O ? Just a thought from Lynnie

Hey Lynne,

We've done a similar deal in years past. Diet Challenge bonus round. People had to keep the weight off for an additional month.

My day off so I'm spending the morning catching up on the weeks tasks. I check my email for weigh-ins.....nadda. Can you believe that?

Both Russ & I weighed in this morning and made it casual-style.

Blitzo report same news...he's down like 5

Kate's on a wall so we're giving her an immediate pass. Gummybears or knott, she's gotta be down at least 4 pounds.

Salad?
Fattrad?
Jaybro?
Zip?
Steelmonkey?

Who else am I missing? Post up, email confirms....

Add my $10 to the pot. I'm even at the halfway point. I have a honey addiction.

When I found out Jaybro had snuck in, I decided I would too.
I have no chance of breaking even on this one.
There is a chance, though, that I will make the 4 pound midway challenge.
All I care about is keeping the cost under $110.
