starting with "It's Easy To Be Brave From A Safe Distance". That route is an obscure 5.12 in JT.

Ha. I could.
Sorry about that Russ... I was in a house with 4 people who can't make decisions or schedules... and was at their mercy, as they had the car.
Next time we'll plan ahead better.

Russ, It isn't wide, because it wouldn't fly with Odub to pull the offwidth card. "It's Easy To Be Brave From A Safe Distance" is just a stemming corner in the Fortress area.

I'm just a nobody, but here's a note from one of us multitude of nobodies. Great song. It's a very sweet tribute to TS.
Love your work, Odub.

Thanks Odub,
Todd's niece Becca forwarded the link to the stream. Many of his friends and family have been listening to it. Everyone will appreciate the download. This is very generous of you, so thanks for that, too. This is a nice tribute, and much appreciated.

Odub...the more we listen, the more we love it! Haunting, yet life-affirming. I've got "Float" burned back to back with Vertical Horizon's "Forever", great combination. How about you share all the climb names you were able to weave into the lyrics? Much appreciated!

I tried to use some of Todds climbs that were meaningful to the climbing world when they happened.
He freed "The Stigma", renaming it "Renegade", while becoming one of the first to hangdog and preplace gear. Ahead of his time...
"Gunfighter"
"Calling All Heroes"
He did a climb he called "When Legends Die". I disagree... so I used "Legends Never Die".

Had the pleasure of meeting Odub (Kris Hampton) in Lander this july. He produced a music video for his song "Float" featuring the Skinner kids and others. A humble guy that's stoked on life.
