would depend on the circumstances. a lot of people do that stuff because they're insecure and there are unscrupulous people willing to profit off of that. it makes me sad that an industry that is supposed to help disfigured people manipulates people who are just fine.
so it would depend on what he was like and how he felt about it.

My whole self is "partially deformed". Out of that, somewhere, has to come my appeal...

Boobs too big for her body type - turn off
Face pulled too tight - turn off
Oversized, freak lips - turn off
If someone wants to change something so it's more like they want it, fine with me.

When I retired from wrestling my sophomore year of college my ear was about 5 times its normal size. This was standard stuff for those involved in wrestling, MMA, and boxing.
I had had it drained many times, but when I was truly done I had "cosmetic surgery" to return it to normal size. I'm so vain.
My GF/fiance/love of my life had just finished losing 109 lbs (au natural, not w/ surgery) when we met. She was a full person size smaller, and as such, had lots of extra skin/flesh from her oversized person suit. We/she had surgery to get a little nip/tuck done. She was beautiful before, but looks better now.
When the finances are right, we will probably get her boobs done.
Just two examples of "plastic surgery" that show it isn't all as clear cut as bigger tits.
I also live in Vegas, maybe one of the more plastic communities in the nation. From the casual observation point of view I have no beef with all the hot azz running around.
If I were single I don't think I could have anything more than a spontaneous romance with this type of woman, not simply because they had had work, but more so because of the attributes of a woman that would lead her to think she needed this done to "land" a good man?
Cheers,
HB

My wife brought home the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue yesterday. I couldn't believe there was very little sports reporting in the magazine. Gentlemen, are these real?

My wife had herself enhanced about 5 years ago. I couldn't have cared less if she had them done but it made her feel better about herself. She did not go huge by any means and 99% of people would never know she had it done. Unfortunately in this society "bigger is better". We as climbers are guilty of grabbing on to the biggest "jugs" as well.

As long as the bolt ons don't sqeak when squeezed,
Who cares!
If you look like you fell face first into a tackle box or look like "oh Lidia" complete with the wreck of the Hesporous
that's another problem.

I don't care. If a girl looks hot, she looks hot. Simple as that. I'm just not deep enough to waste time pondering wether they're real or not, what her problem is, if she is confident in herself, how her father treated her, etc, etc.
All that really matters is:
IS SHE HOT?

How about this?
Beauty is in one actions. Even perfectly looking women can get really ugly by how they are acting and treating others.
Plus, I have seen unattractive women join a conversation and become extremely attractive in a few minutes because they reveal such beautiful souls. I have seen men just drool over, unable to get enough of them.
Beauty is having a conscious and soul, beauty is being a true friend.
Ugliness is bad talking, being a false person that back stabs, a person that hurts others to feel better about themselves and their circumstances.
Maybe I should return the favor and do the exact thing to them? I wonder if then they will learn how low that was?

Who cares...It's not my business to judge....
Is it wrong to lift weights and change your body so it's more astheticly pleasing? Sure it's comparing apples and oranges, but you're still changing your body....
