Bob Kamps did a lot, especially if you count FFA. Last I looked, his website had a database of his climbs and could be sorted/counted for FA and FFA if anyone is interested.

I suppose an equally fun project would be to count not just FA and FFA for some set of notable climbers, but the number or proportion of their hi star routes, say three or above as per guidebooks giving such ratings. Maybe a winter time job for a database freak.
