I went from 194 Wednesday to 182 Thursday....that stuff they give you for the colonoscopy really does the trick. We will see how long it stays off.

Diet Challenge???? Humm, it's been awhile. I don't think I've got 10 to lose but I definitely have 10 I could shift (fat to muscle would be swell).
Crappy internet connection (in Potrero), multi page views are nearly impossible. When's the projected start date?

Sunday is the projected start date. But with only three committed we could hold off on starting the blubber loss.

I went on the Flu diet. Basically you are so sick you don't eat anything for like a week. Works great.

geeze you porkers...get a clue...
it's the honor system and it has to do with the change of your weight, IF you are embarrassed to admit a weight at the weigh in, just knock of a pound or ten or twenty... then loose ten from that...
you're golden...
we trust you.

I'm anywhere from 1 pound to 6 pounds from my goal weight. Been that way for about a year.
I'd do a 5# weight challenge.... I'm sort of more with The Sooze, I'd rather change fat out for muscle.
Cheers and good luck you fat bastards!

Prod, if you could pay $50 to lose that last 5 pounds would you do it? If the answer is yes, do the challenge. You may not be in the winners pool but you'll hit your goal weight in 4 weeks.
Also, past challenges have surprised many...losing more than they thought they could and often kick starting a new baseline weight/lifestyle.
Ed, you're right about Mussy. He wins every challenge... the man will not lose a challenge.
I'm a possible maybe but only if the challenge kicks out a week. Otherwise no scale. Seriously don't hold weigh ins for me, I may be only a few pounds up after my trip. Wayyyy less cervesa and food this year sans Dreamy Chris.
Nature, I recommend the midpoint weighin & penalty. You slack....you pay.

OMG, 3rd time typing this. My mexican internet keeps dropping.
I'll be back to my scale on Friday next week. But I may not be in once I get back, if there is any justice I won't be all super tubby from a few weeks of rice and beans but who knows. When I left I had a solid 5 that I'd love to say goodbye to, so it's possible.
Don't hold the DC for me, but if you do.... I'm a possible maybe. Plus when I get back I immediately loop through Phoenix for a few days. That always adds a few pounds.
Nature - remember you bringing your scale to weigh out in Vegas? Hahhahhha

I worked all day and this is beginning to sound complicated, but I want to lose 5# by the end of the month. Want to be in good shape before I get to TPR instead of getting in shape there. Can I participate? Cheers to all who care about where they are headed and thanks Nature!

Clarkolator,
That 184 was gym floor weight. It's 181 out of the shower. I am stopping at 180, any more and I would have to start losing muscle. I'm not in, just spraying:-)
