Canceled for today.
Main brunt of swell prob wont hit for at least another 8 hrs.
Not the first time it has been called off the day of.
Bummer, but the swell will still be pretty significant, and we got the Mavericks contest finally on Friday. The stupid-bowl was the reason Mav's got called off last weekend.

The swell is hitting the NW buoy now, the event is almost sure to go off this time unless it gets too big.

Black alert?..never heard of it.
