Hi Roy, just back from driving on the plains and it looks like a foot of snow up your way this morning.
Here’s a few old dads in various locales.
The incomparable Dick Shockley at Woodson.
HoMahn, we were walking up the Woodson road one day after a big rain, see, when this huge boulder fell onto Dick, pinning him to the road…
Graham at the Calanques, 1976.
Mark Wilford at Horsetooth, Colorado, 1978. My future wife, Gerry, observing next to ?
John Bachar on yet another highball near Estes Park, Colorado, spotted by Pat Ament, 1978.

Blowboarder,
I have heard that the largest granite batholith in the world is exposed on the surface in the Lochsa/Selway/ MF of clearwater area. (read it on placematt) I suspect there is a motherlode somewhere in those sticks.
