Gives you an idea of what they do much of their day, anyway....
Of course, Locker's post count has been going on since 2001, whereas Ron has racked up something damn close in less than half the time.
I swear to goodness that guy is on the dole.

I'm going for Ron A for the long-term win!

Captain or Skully, also said he was skully originally but lost his password so his total might be much higher.

I'm not convinced Ron will catch locker.
locker started late as well, January 9, 2005. His overall average is 12.4 posts per day.
Ron started March 18, 2009 and his overall average is 12.3 posts per day. An alarming trend is that he does seem to be getting more prolific as time goes on. I did a quick count of just last week and he is up to 25.7 posts a day. Maybe it's just a surge for the holidays?

That's a much more enlightening perspective on these posters.
Kinda disturbing, too.

I guess I've got solid 'lurker' status, but I'm surprised that Tarbuster didn't make the list.

How does one figure out when they signed on to Supertopo ? Do you just scroll back in time 20 posts at a time ???

This is dumb. First of all - the topic was already posted by somebody else, and secondly: locker, Jaybro and RA are all great contributors to the forum.

You don't have to go back 20 post at a time. After the point you get to your posts and have gone back 20 you just change the number 20 in the web address to what number you want to see.
Edit.
Yes, it is dumb. I did look for a prior post...
I also like most of lockers and Jaybro's posts. Ron's not so much and I mostly just skim them. His animal mounts are fantastic!

Yeah I remember a much more aggressive, much less informative, but way more hilarious troll on this topic a few months back. I'll see if I can find it.
Other things to consider:
-comments on TRs don't add to your post count.
tough to track users with multiple avatars from banning, etc.

Rong isn't even in the same league as Jaybro or locker. WTF are you talking about?

"Give every man thy ear, but few thy voice."
Polonius always gave such great advice. This is my 196th post and that, to me, feels like too many (maybe cuz I tend to spew forth bulls#!t).
However, Polonius also said, "To thine own self be true," and among those furious-fingered Taco-typists are a number of fine examples of this maxim.
(Quotes [some of my favourites] are from Hamlet, Act One, Scene III)

You should add the fallen like Rokjox and LEB. We should accept history and reality, to get the full lessons of it.
I'm over 15,000 (been a slacker about it lately) Of course some people post a sentence or two like Fatty and some write more per post. Probably wouldn't be easy to figure that.
Thinking I wrote something and pressed Post over 15,000 times. Some of them were researched or accompanied with pictures. Dang, It's like a leak in the roof, over time the drips add up to a lot.
I probably could have done something else but I've been blessed with the connections I've made through this community
Peace

These same dozen or so dorks will still be here arguing the same crap and posting pics of butt plugs 10 years from now.* Believe that!
*probably a couple will die off/KTS or come to their senses about living such a sad existence and leave the board/old folks home
It's kind of sad and extremely repetitive and keeps this place from having much value for discussing climbing or anything else really...it's pretty much the same sh*t in every thread
over and over and over yawn sh#t gets boring

Update!
Locker 41108 (added 272)
Ron A. 26306 (added 280)
Further evidence that Ron will be hard pressed to ever catch op to Locker
:-)
(Edit) Yes, I have a small mind.....
