There are thousands of photos and figures on this site with incorrect credits. He should have deleted the photo when asked to do it but copyright is very often broken on this site.

and fair use does not even require that you attribute the photo to the copyright holder.

Obviously that girl is of legal age, else she wouldn't be published nude like that. Respectfully, Ron... I can't imagine any red blooded male of any age who would declare her "not sexy" just because she has a big age differential to that of the observer.
If you were still 20 years old, would you feel differently? If you had no close female relatives of roughly the same age, would you feel differently?
I'm 45 and my girlfriend is in her mid 20's. Does that make me a pervert?
The USA pretty much stands alone with this weird shaming of men over any age difference in excess of 10 years.

Might be good for you to take a breather, go take walk outside and reacquaint yourself with fresh air again - you seemed to be setting records posting more than everyone else combined. Its interesting how people want to focus on the picture copyright issue when it was clearly a case of major dickhead not copyright.
Additionally, Joe's interpretation of "fair use" may or may not be correct. Even in his earlier citation you'll find recurring terms such as these:
“quotation of excerpts..."
"quotation of short passages..."
"summary of an address or article, with brief quotations..."
"reproduction by a teacher or student of a small part of a work..."
When it comes to photographs, things are less clear--but even there, copying someone else's entire work is generally not covered by fair use.

I clicked on that thread when it was only 2 pages and instantly thought, there goes Joe. self destruct. suicide by cop. the whole snitch routine is pretty darn weak though and should only be used for spam or by someone who is being seriously attacked. Ron is a big boy and could have done the reporting if he felt genuinly threatened or bullyed.
