Obelisk. It's one of the few things I've been on that the only way up is technical climbing. Something special about that...
Either that or any peak with a chairlift and hot chocolate machine on top

Black Kaweah is my favorite, because it was far and away the hardest thing I'd done at the time with the most glorious result. Even though it was only via a 4th class route, I had never done any technical climbing at the time, or been at altitude, or been on a multi-day backpacking trip, or had a bear steal most of my food on the first night of a 5 night trip, or sat on a perch with a 360 view of the mountains with no signs of civilization... so this was a great life adventure burned into my soul.
Peak bagging is the soul of climbing. I hafta agree with Warbler on this.

The best peak I've ever climbed was Shiprock, NM with John Middendorf and Cal Hebert
Shiprock is a beautiful and forbidding mountain with many different moods, mythic to the Navajo, a historic route first climbed by legendary pioneering climbers, many different technical challenges along the route with shityourpants exposure, a euphoric view from the summit, with the original summit log signed by a veritable "who's who" in climbing. That it is "technically" off limits only makes it that much more sexy and desirable. and on the day I ascend to the heavens, I will be happy that i was one of the few that climbed Shiprock - the mythic peak the Navajo call Tsé Bitʼaʼí
