I know, I just like it.

Up canyon from there is fun. I've never had a guidebook, so it keeps it interesting.

Yeah, just funnin' ya. Great place. Haven't been in years. Ended up in the ER in Delta after a long fall out there. Some great routes. Big area. Lots of "stuff" out there.

Tombstone, the Optimizer? Something like that.

Tombstone's the formation, Optimizer's the crack. .10d'ish I think. I haven't been there in years either. Up canyon there's a three pitch with a tunnel through move that's super fun.

Years of exploration, not the best stone.

Sorry to hear about the fall, I wouldn't want to be in the ER in Delta...

Not as dirty as it was, getting cleaner with each lap. Great OW training crack. Starts with a hand jamb then goes to fists for a couple of moves, then knees and hand stacks and then a tricky crux finish.

Nice tips crack to the left

Nice!! I was just out exploring one day and found it. Roped up, climbed it, and well, there were some bolts! I found a couple of cool sport routes just to lookers right too. Good stuff.

EDIT; A quick google search tells me that you're thinking of a different place.

mtn young on SuperTopo knows all about the area. He wrote the Sonora Pass guide.
The two bolted routes on the crag to the right of that corner are excellent. Perfectly bolted for leading. The one on the right is Frost Line.
That whole area, though not "secret" is not heavily used.
The "secret" spot is a few hundred yards away and has routes from 5.6 to 5.hard. Also not really secret.
