In America they are extremely body conscious.
In the remote jungle everyone walks around buck naked and it's totally as normal as you walking in the mall.
After I came out of the deep deep jungle and went to the mall I couldn't understand why everyone had clothe on .....

EDIT: Full disclosure: I was a shopping mall Santa in Anchoarage in 1980. I have no shame. It was the low point in an otherwise under-achieving job career.

So we show our junk and it is white and the natives start laughing.
