Cheers apogee!! I have to admit that as an old fart...This is how I remember Dio best, when he was with Blackmore in the original Rainbow line-up...That's really another stellar Rainbow clip apogee, thank god for youtube I guess for archiving some of this timeless stuff!!:)

Wow. He's really someone I would have liked to meet. I noticed that someone here described him as a very nice guy. Any more on him as a person? I have many memories of that music in connection with rolling through the desert.

Little dude ruled. Had his own riser cause he's so short.
