I'd love to make it but, starting last year, we're taking a cue from Yosemite and doing our own mini version in Indian Creek.

Last year weather was great, El Cap climbing was happening, Facelift was happening, Meatfest, Stonemasters. What more could one ask for? More of the same this year :) I would not miss it.

Jim, You can try and contact me but I will be in the Ditch. Avoiding responsibility. I am even going to try to ignore my Crackberry®. I know it won't happen... but I will try.

Got the dates early so I can plan a "mental health day" in the syllabus for the fall. So we are planning on making it. Looking forward to it since we missed it last year.

And always those tiny cig butts everywhere. They are always my primary focus. I think we should start an education campaign program called "No Butts" and we could have a tasteful picture of Smokey the Bear doing a very small moon.....funny, but gets the point across....:DD

Hi you all,
I am here, though rarely. Computer crashed about five weeks ago and I started a new job that has been intense and time consuming. To have a paycheck again is nice. It does mean less time for all the volunteer stuff that I really care about.
Lynne, I agree with you about the cigarette butts. I have always admired the Asian approach, they carry portable ashtrays in their pockets or around neck. I have been contemplating a similar approach.

I'll see you all there. I have become an official Bluering or a... Brownshoe tag-along. Night boldering anyone?
Maybe I can talk my Mexican chef into grilling some Carne Asada for the TacoFest.

Hi Chicken Skinner, aka Ken....we have missed you and your great sense of humor here on the forum. Can you divulge information about this new job or is it dark or black or whatever term they use for secret in the military ?
How would you incorporate the Asian way of dealing with cig butts ? Just curious. Peace and Joy to your beautiful family, lynne
