What evidence, curt? I haven't seen any and I'm guessing you nor anyone else in the electorate has seen any, at all.

You have to decide who to trust....

But verify. Demand proof.

DMT

You keep singing this song, but refuse to acknowledge the cost: revealing techniques and people that will almost certainly result in core intelligence gathering to be compromised.

Like in WWII, where the code-busters had the japanese code, and knew where attacks would happen, and let them happen, to protect the knowledge that we could read their communications. It was the right tactics. You'd have given that up?

U.S. intercepts said to capture Russian officials celebrating Trump win

The reaction to the Trump victory contributed to the U.S. intelligence community’s assessment that Moscow’s efforts were aimed at least in part at helping the president-elect.

Identities of those involved in delivering stolen Democratic emails to WikiLeaks are at the heart of an unprecedented intelligence report detailing evidence of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential campaign, which is expected to be presented to Trump on Friday.

GOP hard-liners might accept $1 trillion budget gap to end Obamacare

For many in the House Freedom Caucus, a repeal of the health law is more important than fiscal discipline.

By Kelsey Snell and David Weigel

Only 1 in 5 Americans supports Republicans’ ‘repeal and delay’ Obamacare strategy

So much for the importance of the debt.

it is only something when the 'service' that might add to it benefits the common American person.

Well, that's always been the rub. By necessity, we are never going to know everything about the available intelligence. We have to delegate decsionmaking regarding intelligence to our elected officials and trust that they exercise their judgment wisely. I don't think there are any workarounds to this.

I guess it comes down to who you want to believe...Trump , the loony narcissist and his freak show or the American intelligence community...While i don't trust our spys , i trust madman Trump even less...let's have an independent investigation minus Mitch McConnell and his rabid lap dogs..

I don't trust the CIA. I don't trust Congressional oversight of CIA. I don't trust Trump.

"Trust" was a bad word choice by me. Rely on /hope would have been better.

As an aside, I think Trump disparagement of spy apparatus is to ultimately get them to heal to his command (for increased torture, murder, etc.)

I think it's more ego driven. Russian hacking delegitimizes his victory in his mind, so he bashes the intelligence behind it. He's been doing everything he can to bolster and exaggerate his thin victory, including lying about the citizenship of Hillary's voters. That man has an ego made of glass. I doubt he gives two shits about any policy. Two shits is about what he gave to his foundation, too.

exaggerate his thin victory

Turn your own psycho-babble inward. You need to!

Trump won by an electoral LANDSLIDE of the exact proportion you guys projected for Clinton.

The popular vote is irrelevant for numerous reasons, which you well know, not the least of which is that California alone accounts for it, and our system rightly doesn't allow ONE whacko state to rule the UNION. You guys projected an ELECTORAL LANDSLIDE victory for Clinton, and it was turned on its head. Now that it's Trump's victory, he won by a "thin margin"?

LOL

Trump TROUNCED Clinton. He BURIED her. This was no "thin victory" by any measure. It was so YUGE that it really can't be exaggerated! Bwahahahah

You guys live in an insular bubble of your own making.
