There is actually a functionality in Outlook Version_new that allows you to request that Microswift export all your mailbox and then they provide it to you.
I am experimenting with it now
They do not tell you anything about format
Maybe it comes with the data
It apparently takes a while too

Sometimes when you’re not here nor there
I’ve posted some poems
some rhymes and some verse
my politard opinions
and I’ve posted worse
But I shouldn’t wonder
when I’m half awake
why what goes on in my head
comes out all half baked
Some times I should ponder
when I’m half asleep
if my dreams are a mail truck
that arrives with a beep
I can never be sure
what’s arriving today
or what letters I’ll open
or go shredding away
