hey there say, mr E ... oh my... i just saw this, and wondered what was going on... so now: it's commercials to "pretend to like" dvds? .... man oh man...

don't some places make you "read" a number code, etc...
(dont think chris did that here, righ?)...
(trying to remember back to when i signed on)...
does 'number' or 'alphabet' codes help keep spammers out?
just curious if that would help the site any...
?

^^Good point, Neebee. The only problem is those so cross-eyed with rage over someone disagreeing with them, they can't read simple code.
Heck, that's a lot of our regular posters!
Wouldn't want to make them type anything beyond their reactive tirades now, would we? It just wouldn't be fair and would spawn a whole new reactive side, and that just feeds the fire of indignation.
Wait a minute! I just realized we are no longer a unified nation, we are an indig-nation.

hey there say, Mr E .... you know, i was not sure when those "codes" pop up... but you know, i think you are right.... they may not be for when you first join...
the MAY be for each and every message... and that is a big bother... especially when some are hard to read.... i have had some places that i visited, just to say hi, and i had to reset the codes (when it appeared) to a NEW one, so i could read it, to even send the message...
oh my...
well, yep, i reckon that would surely not do, here, then... :))
