Thinly veiled hate speech implying simply being transgender is a "joke". Call it what it is.
And to Pete, who defended it by saying those offended are just "virtue signalling", the only virtue which is being signaled here is the original poster's prejudices, disguised as "comedy". That clearly bore out through the rest of the thread.
How has has thread not been nuked yet? I know this website plays it fast and loose with moderators, but this is absolute garbage. I saw it a few days ago and left it alone thinking it had hours to live. I cannot believe that it is still on the forum.

I was pretty vocal about standing up for Richard for the bullying that happened to him BIND. obviously I was not there but I hate bullying and it seemed like the proper thing to do. . after a decade of listening to Richard preach out his ass I think I understand why it happened
Exactly. Wish you could have seen through it at the time though. Same goes for others like ElCap Pirate. I really got the heeby jeebies watching that silly little video with them sitting cross legged in el cap meadows, the kumbaya music playing in the background. You don't win against MB which is exactly what S.G. found out, rather you eventually tire of playing the game and give up. He can out text anyone in terms of quantity. Cool.

Justice goes like this: the winner is right. When legal/societal climate is in your favor, you'll likely to be the winner.

well the workplace...who hasn't been harassed in the workplace? Not saying it's right but why bother staying where the environment is toxic? Guys tend to shove it down---men may get it worse than women, only they don't admit to it because of machismo.
Fight the good fight and all, I understand, but what a soul sucking experience. The workplace is not a democracy.
Sometimes it is time better spent finding some place where you might be more appreciated.
Again, the notion of equality and justice are naive. We are not born equal and men are not equal. That BS was wrote by, and for, those in power; they were not even considering anyone else part of the narrative when they wrote it.
