Great thread. Jack and I went out to this newly discovered sandstone bouldering are in Custer State Park and found this crack behind a bunch of dead vines and shrubs. We cleaned it up and found it to be a really nice splitter. Jack must of been about 9 or 10 at the time and had to work it a few times but eventually got up it. I forgot what we called it but Ill call it Jack's Crack or Cracker Jack's anyway really fun day. This is a very off the radar area with some great rock. Lots of splitters. here is Jaybro on some Estes Creek Rock

It's a great problem, that one. Survived the fire.

My favorite problems are the tree route and the Yabo roof on the parking lot boulder at Castle Rock. They're my favorite because it took my so many tries to get them including a sprained ankle and broken foot. I probably wouldn't like them much now since I'd have no chance of success. The picture is of a boulder problem that was my favorite on the day I was there.

Cool picture Doughnut, glacial erratics make for fun bouldering.
The big ones are off in the distance and out of sight to the left. Cool one called the Atlas Boulder that's giant, almost perfectly round, and split right down the middle is in this area.

Pretty much any boulder problem you spend time doing, over time, becomes a favorite problem. Especially if it's at place where you got started…
One's investment of time pays off handsomely.

Indeed, Robs. Being human, I too play favorites. This one is on my top five list for granite boulder problems, a true desert island climb; I spent countless hours perfecting my very unorthodox sequence for it. The movement is aggressive and dynamic and, when executed with perfection, absolutely sublime.
