I'll kick it off with a funny art story...

A few years ago, I took a job as an art model for a local community center. I explained to my non-artsy mother that I would be posing naked for people so that they could paint me.

"What do you mean they're going to 'paint you?'" she replied, "Paint you with WHAT?!?"


It was hard to supress a smile every time her confused response came to mind while I was posing. I bet that's what happeneded to Mona Lisa.
