Really, John? SO an old white bigot doesn't like his slut paid whore coming to games with black guys, but he's o.k. with her sleeping with them, but advocating the killing of white infants by black militants has no bearing in this discussion?
I'm conflating the issues? Maybe you're just too politically correct to not call out other races for their more violent bigotry?
Really?
Braunin, the !st was designed to protect offensive, non-violent speech. Especially against the gov't, but latter cases ruled it applied to hateful, non-violent speech.
Stop try to be superior in your Constitutional knowledge and try to lay some out, otherwise STFU!
We'll just save this gem for later.

Maybe minorities would not have such a pole up their asses had we not made them pick our tobacco and cotton while we raped their women and abused their children.
So peculiar SOME minorities have a hard time feeling all warm and fuzzy with regard to the white man.
F*#king retards!

This is a generalization which illustrates ignorance of the 1st amendment.
Yes, the 1st Amendment protects speech, all speech, including actions that could be construed as speech, such as flag burning. It protects the speaker from GOVERNMENT regulation of the speech. The protection is not absolute, speech can be regulated but the degree of regulation will depend on the type of speech it is. Political speech gets the most protection, commercial speech gets much less. There is basically no protection from private regulation of speech. The NBA would be private
If the NBA wants to ban flag burning at basketball games they are free to do so. If the government tried to ban flag burning at basketball games it would be held to be unconstitutional.

Can you seize a man's property or violate his rights for non-violent rhetoric? Contract-law with the NBA will be overthrown in this case.
No, it will not be overturned. The owners contractually sign on to the NBA's constitution and by-laws and their governance structure when they buy a team - it's just not a matter for the government or courts. And really, you'd run to Federal Courts to protect this c*#ks@cker and yet claim "there's more to the story" when it comes to the finality of multiple Federal Court rulings on Bundy?
Crikey, dude, do you even know which side of your mouth you're talking out of at any given point?

taking a shot at this, 40 years since law school so correct me if I am wrong.....
no, one cannot "violate his rights" , by definition that would be illegal
however, yes, a court can sign a lien to garnish(seize) property
"violent rhetoric" is a broad term that is individually decided by Courts on the merits
for example, one can sue, win a judgment, and get a lien to seize property for "defamation of character", in addition to a number of other legitimate verbal or non verbal utterances
in this example, the actual slanderous thing said is "non violent" but does do harm
point is that yes we have "free speech" but there can be consequences .....
example: lying to the police is not illegal while lying in court under oath is

I've made my point here. ANd nobody once defended the killing of whites by The New Black Panthers or La Raza.
But, I'm the racist. Not one f*#king comment on either case!
I'm the one who doesn't understand limitations and protections of the 1st Amendment? I think you all don't. You just don't want to admit it.

My favorite thread remains bluering's declaring Mexico to be in South America.
That's not what I said. Go back and dig up the full quote. It was a reference to South Americans from many country's being here illegally. PRIMARILY from Mexico, but largely from South America. That includes Central and South America. EVERYBODY who crosses our SOuthern border is from South America in my reference. South of the US border.

I stand by those words. And you illustrate the problem in our current society. You can't call a gold-digging slut a 'slut'.
Whatever. Get over it with your feminist bullshit!

And Blue where are your ancestors from. I know at least on my mothers side my great grandfather is from Ireland. My great grandmother is a Bannano and right off the boat from Italy.
As I understand it the Irish where treated much like us white men have treated African Americans when they first emigrated.
What I want to know is what makes your sh#t not stink. Because from where probably 90% of people stand these days you are the one whom sh#t stinks!
I don't care what you or any other bigot ass hole might have done to defend this country your are a disgrace to what American stands for.

Hell, I live in Oregon. I consider California to be South of the border. Come to think of it, they speak mostly Spanish in Woodburn, 20 miles South of Portland.
But Mexico ( and Woodburn) is in North America. It resides on the North American plate.
Not South America, not Central America.( which is on the Caribbean plate.)
NORTH America.
Some geologists consider the Caribbean plate to be North America.
The final proof is they belong to NAFTA.

Will someone call Sterling a whore slut? How has he escaped this label? Or it is for females only? I mean he's the only character (that we know of) in this story who is married and doinking someone else. He's the f*#king whore slut.
(oops, I did it - I called him a whore slut).
