One day I will FEEL as beautiful as this orchid IS :D Surgery was meant to do that

Somehow, looking at that picture, I think I know what you mean. It has something to it beyond looking pretty. Thanks for putting up the full-size version. A great short way to communicate where words may not be the best choice.

Maybe you get that from Dad, too. He's great.

Hang in there Ashbug, you gotta lot of support and prayers behind you, but you gotta have will. That's why I know you'll be fine. You seem spunky enough to kick this thing.

Cheers! Doesn't hurt to have a Dad like Locker either calling in the troops!

Well, I am definitely a strong woman but I can't lie, this surgery was the worst pain in my life. I am doing much better now. Looks like the reflux is gone and my remaining kidney looks good. Ultrasounds look good. Blood test was stable. Back to work Monday. I hope I am ready for it! lol

Ashley-

Glad to hear you are good enough again to go to work. I hope you can start planning yourself a real vacation though, sometime soon. Time off in hospitals doesn't count!

Ashbug,

Oh my! What a father you have. You poor child. LOL with love to you, yours, and the Locker thing. I trust all is well and improving.

How do you put up with him?
