This is true but I've seen a pattern of a new (old) tactic. It's the temporary placate, half lie, sidestep tactic. I believe we all use this when our parents would ask if our homework was done. Like many of our parents, the press and Trump supporters have been gullible beyond belief.
Deferred promises:
Will release the taxes after the audit.
Will release the strategy on Syria in
time.
Will announce troop deployments after meeting with his Generals.
Will announce replacement for Obama Care after it's repeal.
Will announce plan to remove conflicts of interest on Tuesday- delayed indefinitely
Going to prosecute Hillary-not
Going to sue the accusers of sexual harassment-not
Using promised and unprecedented economic growth to cover massive budget deficits created by his economic plan.
It's pretty stark going from one of the most transparent and scandal free governments in US history to a complete dumpster fire before the transition is even compete.

The Democrats, lead by head clown Chuck Schumer, know how bad ObamaCare is and what a mess they are in. Instead of working to fix it, they do the typical political thing and BLAME.
The fact is ObamaCare was a lie from the beginning. "Keep you doctor, keep your plan!" It is time for Republicans & Democrats to get together and come up with a healthcare plan that really works - much less expensive & FAR BETTER!
