NPR's First listen ( up till the 25th) for Don Henley's new album... From the very first note i enjoyed the cd..Something about hearing that familiar voice from my youth..

Poco..That's so funny, I was watching the same video (Tiny desk concert ) earlier today..Great music...Though fiona Apple does not look good. Her skin color is weird, she is super thin and twitchy..drugs ?.. mentally off ?... I hope she is ok..

And speaking of talent,.. Looking sketchy there-..Randy, you & your wife must be so proud of your daughter...Enjoyed watching the video's and the interview too...Do you get free tickets to concerts?

Be My Husband was penned by Nina Simone's husband & manager, Andrew Stroud, who did not hold that title for long. The song sounds akin to a prison work song, especially with the high hat tapping and clapping (hammer pounding)more than a song written by a ex NY city cop. Maybe that was his intention?
I find the harmonizing of Watkins, Jaroz & O'Donovan a little more soothing.
