No, I mean like the politicians, mainly liberal, that repealed regs like Glass Seagal and then imposed quotas on the banks to issue a percentage of obviously soon to be non performing loans to those who couldn't possibly afford it.

An inquiring mind might inquire as to what the comparative stats are on RS inaccuracies vs those "inaccuracies" Trump expounds almost daily.
This inquiring mind wonders in what way Trump is a journalist. Since he's not, your attempted comparison measures nothing.
Jezebean and, or Mad Bolter- please explain the specific Trump policies that are going to make America great again.
I opposed Trump, actively argued against voting for him on this forum, and voted against him twice, so I'm probably not the right person to ask.
That said, if his administration can put some balance into the Obama administration's anti-business regulations, perhaps that will undo the damage of his trade policies. If his judicial nominees are of the quality of those he proposed for SCOTUS consideration, the quality of the federal bench will increase.
I'm afraid I have little hope on either foreign policy or other domestic policy, unless he's capable of changing his mind. Perhaps if he found a way to deep six Twitter. . . ?

I thought Clinton was worse.
Then you clearly thought wrong. Trump's election is an unprecedented descent into banality, criminality, opportunism, graft and sociopathy at levels never before seen on the American political stage. To quote your numbers, trump is a million times worse than any modern politician has ever been.
Rubes, even smart ones, are just that - rubes. The demonizing of Clinton from both sides was successful even with otherwise seemingly rational folks. Me? I'd personally rather see Putin take the oath than trump; at least I'd be comforted that a certain level of competency, however evil, resided in the oval office as opposed to the incompetent and narcissistic psychopath who was elected.

Ah! Doesn't that slogan ring sweet & true to any good conservative?
Freeloaders be damned.
The God-given right for any loser American to die in the streets.
Just the way it was in the old days!

Surely you could you come up with an even more revisionist history than that. Again, it's clearly a post-truth world.

Helyje, Trump doesn't meet the standard for psychopath - he actually does care what other people think of him at some level. That concern does fit well the pattern for narcissism, though.
Other than that I think you're spot on!

"post truth world", eh healyj? Funny that is. That's exactly the opinion I have of that that spews from your electronic orifice.

Well, given neither of those things are true, it's pretty hard to categorize it any other way.

I wouldn't worry about his comments too much. Anyone who can't spell Glass-Steagall probably doesn't know much about what it was.

Unfortunately we are already back to the old days, as many who have been denied basic workplace rights already know. That and the fact more people are living with their parents than we have seen in over a century (130 years according to NPR). America is a shell of what it used to be. For the first time in americas history the youth of this nation will not only die younger but will earn less than their parents.
Of course thats hard to understand if you are no longer in the workforce or reliant on future earnings
And that's not even going into the Ponzi schemes of the Aca or social security. Retirement? What's that?

Right! I'm not measuring anything. Why don't you do it?
Where are the stats on RS, other journalistic productions, Trump, ST?
BTW, in your "journalistic" endeavors you often state your opinions as if they somehow are facts. Trump posts voluminously for public consumption, thus it would appear that he is attempting to be a journalist, albeit a shoddy one.
It would not surprise me if an analysis showed Trump to produce much more false and/r misleading information than RS.

You can't. We're going to have to double down on teaching critical thinking skills to kids.

I'm interested to know what rights you are referring to. Genuinely. If you could please expound, it would be appreciated.

Politifact is the Tampa bay times....
no conflict of interest there
Happie girl, I and many other nps trail workers were denied workmans comp for injuries incurred on the job. I was even charged for my MRI (ordered by the nps) that clearly showed the herniated disc that was the cause of the pain I had complained about to the nps doc. He called me and said that "you may... orMAY NOT be experiencing pain" and left it at that, refusing to go into detail. I had to go to the valley clinic and request my mri report to find out about my injuries. Heck I was even forcibly transferred to "light duty" as my superiors all knew I was injured. Being a seasonal worker I was simply not rehired. That injury has become 4 herniated disks as a result of being forced back to work injured.
Much more to it of course, but that would take some typing. Though it was a common incident for many other people.

^^^^^ Hopefully, your false education conduit of choice, federal control through economic coercion and education unions of public education, will be axed in the near future.

You can't teach critical-thinking although it can be nurtured by parents in children with the capacity.
There are many, otherwise intelligent, people who simply lack that ability.
Unfortunately, and perhaps by design, the bulk of our educational institutions seem to cater to simple linear thought processing.
