Dylan composed this, but no one's sure of the lyrics. Missed being included in the Basement Tapes, but not actually released until 1991's 'The Bootleg Series.' Often characterized as a "nonsense" song.

Yeah I knew him - always had to be shirts, so we always had to be skins.
Dumbfuks, we were playing 3 on 3, and they had to have 4.
One of our cats came from a biker and his not so old lady.
