Hoobz of the one wheel thingy, HaHa! I gnow that trick. It is a Bozss thing.
When it is someone's, an underling's job to refill those things, & it gets overlooked till the darn thing is all but empty,
you can bet, that while not a firing offense, there will be some (H.To Pay). . . a comeuppance.
(Odds-on, it was a stock girl, the tight-lipped square tops of those things are H on nails, just saying)

I feel the thing to share thats fair is that while in Woosdock
(that one I like to much, not a typo, if you were to spend a weekend in the toney hammy hamlet you to would want to call it Richvilianville.)

Not to far away from the smallish central downtown, so halfway to Bearsville, bZ, -the Poet laureate- had/has a house.
I was a regular climbing pard & guest of the residents.
It would not have been cool to ask how this Morgantown WV, native came to be staying there, so I never asked. The Nobel Man, when once there, was ensconced in the volumus upper floors, we only saw him from far away. We were outside in the Lani area, he up on a deck that latter we would be stoned apon.

Never threw a disc with Dyl`n, No mhan.(We did hear Reggae music coming from the salon)

I also made the pilgrimage to Big Pink, with locals born & raised in it's shadows.
The history, the roots of the drug use, the poverty mixed in with folk-rock royalty, are a pallpable mix, when you visit Big Pink,
I think it has been painted blue?

The things that still unrest my soul, emanate from those daze.
There is a picture of the very yoot-ful Gnome & crew at the base of Glacier Point Apron, a passing hiker took of us all.
At the left, Brian Kay, "just-friendz"an Auzzie, in yellow, The McNutt sisters,Joanna sitting with the rope, big sis Jennifer, standing,
Mark Lyman, glasses, red babuschk'd bandanna.
Plus that same stooge, who I have placed a grey gnome stone face over the stoogez face. I'll place it here again
That guy was bi, not that there is anything wrong with that.
I never flew that way, so his dropping innuendo that we were a thing, some ten years later,
well, we have never spoken again.
More because he tried to run-off the best thing to ever happened to me.
When I chose her over him/them & tossed him out, he trumped up a reason to try to sue us.
How he harassed us, -he ha.ee-assed us-
Tried to apply un-due influence, gain an advantage thru favoritism, at the court hearing.
He had his long retired court reporter dad, try to pull strings.
The Judge involved was disgusted & said so from the bench, while tossing the case.
We were ordered to return 1/2 the security, an insult since he owed months of back-rent.

Ifit'snot important, don'tsayit.

Jus' sayin', sir.

Nicely translated from the diaboastic, and a pleasure to rest my eyes upon.

Dylan's ranchin' days in the hills between TO and Maliblue are likely over. I'll bet his place there was painted "charcoal" in the last forty years since my visits. Sitting in the great richvillain-by-association's seat at the piano was something. No vibes thru the butt, I'm afraid, just a sense of awe at being in something, near something this close to the Master.

The other Bob with the Wolf Brothers, 11-2018.

Pinned by Cosmic Charlie

"The Grateful Dead guitarist welcomed an exciting array of special guests for the show including country-folk guitarist Buddy Miller, guitarist John Oates (Hall & Oates), and country rock vocalist Margo Price. Bobby, drummer Jay Lane (Primus, Ratdog), and bassist Don Was (session guru) kicked off the show with a first-set mix of Grateful Dead favorites (“Hell in a Bucket”, “Tennesee Jed”, “Black-Throated Wind”, “Lost Sailor”, and “Saint of Circumstance”), Bobby’s Campfire Band‘s “Only A River”, and classic covers (“Mama Tried”, “She Belongs To Me”).

For the second set, Bob Weir and Wolf Bros invited guitarists Buddy Miller and John Oates to assist on Mississippi John Hurt‘s “My Creole Belle”. Mr. Oates stuck around for a classic take on “Friend of the Devil”. Then, sensational singer Margo Price stepped out to join the band for “Me and Bobby McGee”, a fitting choice for her gritty, country-tinged vocals. Bob Weir and Wolf Bros continued through their set with Rob Wasserman‘s “Easy Answers” and Grateful Dead’s “Eyes of the World” before inviting Buddy Miller back out for Hank Williams‘ “You Win Again”. After a run through “New Speedway Boogie” with the core Wolf Bros trio, Miller returned once again for “Days Between”. To close the show, Bob Weir And Wolf Bros played through “Throwing Stones” and “Touch of Grey”, then returned for “U.S. Blues” in the encore slot."

Gnome from the Gardens:

That is one of the most direct and pointed,
while still cryptic as all get out
questions.

I was staring down a hiatus on the torpor. I didn't last I guess. I don't want to wear out any welcome. Time, this fall, has been cut loose. It seems to keep me rambling. Maybe at best, still rolling, half burned...

I was never much of a climber, never hung with the A teams. Missed the days when the circus came to town, by about half a generation too.

Basta... Even though I never met him, I believe the legend of the wizard and his clans needed to be recalled. Or is it the clans and their wizard?

Anyway, I'm back to the torpor, simply to type, I may be spending more time in the mountains this winter. You should stop by. Let me know if you (collective) need a lift.

Finally my brother was just mentioning him. Don't dwindle too long in a busted flat Townes, if you can recall that your heart was somewhere up higher. Mountains are still yours.
