atchafalya, it wasn't what she said that irritated me so much. It was the fact that she refuses to admit that she hasn't always been an innocent little angel on this site and her hypocritical defenders such as DMT refuse to admit it either.

She just made a couple of unsolicited snide and personal comments to me...there's a link to it somewhere on one of these threads. If you really care, I can try to find it for you.

I can see that I'll NEVER get them to admit their hypocrisy so I might as well let it drop.

HK, someone who has shown a long history of less than stellar behavior on the internet has a character flaw. There is NO way that a "personal attack artist" like DMT can be a trusted in real life. Consistent behavior such as his is an indicator of their true personality. If they ARE a "good person" in real life, then they have serious mental issues. Personally, I think he exhibits signs of too much hippie lettuce intake.

I just read the first couple posts in this thread and the last couple, so excuse me if I sound totally lost.

But this thread is STUPID!!!

I went climbing with t*r. I even took a lead fall (intentional, but she wasn't expecting it) and she caught me just fine. She was fun to hang out with and a worthwhile person.

I have been very busy lately, and not hanging out very much at the TacoStand. However, I can still see that a the Witch Hunt Committee has focused their attention on t*r. That's lame. I think they are just looking for the next A Crowley, or rajmit, or whomever. They couldn't find one, so they picked what they thought was an easy target.

What a bunch of losers!

I dunno Jody.

One of my best friends and climbing partners often sounds like a raving lunatic on the internet, to the point that someone actually came to his place of work to kick his ass, LOL.

But he's a great guy in person, and a loving parent, and if you met him you'd like him.

and then there are the two faced backstabbers who are all nice and friendly until the sh!t hits the fan, and then you find out they are worthless.

Personally, I prefer the ones with a little gumption, who will take a stand, and make a few strong statements, over the wishy washy back stabbing snide little gossipy behind the back turds.

I also admire the ones who are too smart to even get on the internet climbing scene, cause they realize BS for BS.

And then there are a few who are very close to their real life self online, like Arno, and Jeff Lowe, and Curt Shannon, and possibly Jstan. I admire them. I can't be like that, but I admire it in them. BTW, I have to say Possibly about Jstan, cause I never met him in reality, but the others I have met, and I climbed with Arno a little, so, poor (or maybe Lucky) Jstan only gets a possibly, haha.

For all I know I would drive him nuts anyway.

Um, NO, climbrunride, we just would like a little behavior modification, which would truly be in her own best interest.

Although I do think a match between t*r and ramjet would be interesting.

climbrunride - one of the very few posts I've made in response to t*r's 15,000+ posts
was to compliment that trip report. Trust me, this has been blown WAY out of proportion.

Since Crowley has been driven away because of politics, you guys are starting to feed on each other.

Will DMT be collateral damage? Another innocent bystander? He might bite back.
