Why does that van above look like the Frankenvan, Dingus? Better check your parking space. ;)

Yah, I wouldn't doubt we get a consistent CFS rise on the Upper Kern. But nothing like we had from the last storm....18,000+ cfs! Class V+ chaos :)

Here in south orange county we just had a nice drizzle/rain. There were a few hours where it came down pretty good tho. Good stuff.

That said, this place has felt a bit Seattle/Portland ish with cloudy days prevalent since early December; it is getting old. Wish I was still young and mobile enuf to go play on San Gorgonio; the pow up there must be awesome. Getting old sucks.

Anyone know whats going on in Yosemite? I checked badger pass webcam and no one was there. I called road report and badger pass road is closed today and tomorrow, and 120 going through crane flat is also closed. Yet the valley is R 0.

It's not the Hammer Of God we're getting down here ( good thing, because it'd send SoCal right into the ocean ) just day after day of a Seattle-style showering shitmist.

We're forecasted to get slapped by the Sandal Sole Of Jesus today though.

God is hammerless here. One range east of the Sierra it's been virtually dry.

Bad

You can't see the Whites or Sierra right now. It's snowing in town. 6-12 by tomorrow morning is the current projection. 395 is closed at Gorge Rd. I've got a family of birds that have taken up residence on my covered deck. It's bad. lol

Started raining here in Moorpark yesterday about 6:30p.... hasent stopped ...

Our local hills are soaking it up, not to much runoff .... the earth needed a big drink.

Good to know about Bishop, it needs a big drink also.

Drink up all.
