When I hunt prairie dogs on Joel's field I'm doing them a favor. I would much rather have my head explode unexpectedly than die of cold or hunger or, worse yet, being eaten alive.

I'm also saving stock animals that, if they broke their leg in a dog hole, would have to be destroyed.
And Joel thinks that hunting the dogs actually seems to boost their population because they spend more time hiding in their holes making more prairie dogs.

No limit or season on the EU collared doves. I wish I had a few around. All the hunting seasons are now closed in Tennessee.

Guess I have to wait until next year. Except Turkey opens soon.

I wonder if Karen owns a cat that she lets run loose.

Anybody who does can't call themselves an animal lover. They kill small animals in horrible ways, torturing them for hours.

THERE'S a good use for a pellet gun. Save the wildlife, shoot a cat.

Next door neighbor's teenage daughter is feeding 8 feral cats.

I put them on notice, come March all cats get the hammer.
My yard will be lizard friendly and bird friendly.

She says she adopted out 2 of them.
Yeah, riiiiiiiiiiiiiight!

He doesn't have an elephant?

Who needs one?

Oh, and I would never bait cats with tuna because I don't buy it any more. Because I do care about animals.

That can't be right. According to Bob D'A that means they're extinct.

Struggling whooping crane population loses three to gunfire
Only about 600 of the birds remain in North America, despite decades of work and millions spent to revive the endangered species.

We are a hunter-gatherer species. Not a gatherer species.

Is a hunter lawfully taking a wild animal for consumption from a well-managed population less ethical than a wild carnivore taking its prey?

And btw, mowing down rhinos and elephants for ivory and horns is not hunting.
