It may be too late now to get a site in the Valley, but you never know. There could be cancellations, plus perhaps there's room at Porcupine Flat.
The illustrious FatTrad informs me that: "Just confirming with you that I will be bringing dogs/burgers for 15 people, ketchup/mustard, bbq utensils. THE BIG NEWS……. Sharing tent site (in Yeller Pines) with Dr. F, Craig Fry. And The Shermans."
I suggest that anyone camping within 100 m bring earplugs. Could be lively.
Edit: 100 m = 100 metres. Sorry. A site featuring Jeff, Bill, Anastasia, Aristides, Craig, and maybe Matthew could be fairly loud.

I will be thinking of you guys this year, as Christina and I won't be attending. Sad to miss the Facelift, but excited to be climbing a big mountain. Have a good time for me all!

It is with a very heavy heart that I just sent an email to cancel our reservations for Facelift this year. I was holding out and hoping that our employment situation would improve, but the hubby and I are both pounding the pavement and trying to keep the muppet in preschool.
I'll miss you all terribly, but will be there in spirit.
Howl!!!!! I'm still in disbelief.

This morning I got word that there ws a cacellation and my camping reservation was upgraded to Yellow Pines C (I've been on the waiting list for quite some time). Thank you Sharon! I am a happy camper!
Let me give Harrison a sincere pre-apology for all the trouble I will cause over there.
Only 10 more days to go! Gear is packed. The Beast has new tires and brakes...let's fill it up with trash!

Bill can't go... I might still appear with baby and dog. I also might not stay long simply because baby and dog. Then again, who is up for a little babysitting? Aris is a hoot.

You do know the kid is way cuter, nicer and more fun and the dog is all that and she is even housebroken.
I on the other hand can make a man go gray overnight. Remember, Bill use to have hair and a whole lot of it. :)

Due to the rim fire and doubts about whether the facelift was happening, I procrastinated making airplane reservations, which priced me right out of the market.
I just emailed Sharon and there is now an open site in Yellow Pines. So if you were on the waiting list, this might be your lucky day.

My whisperlite immolated itself. So I just fired up my Optimus 111B for Facelift. Last used hiking in the Adirondacks.
