Wow, this community is amazing! I actually don't frequent the Taco all that much it can be a bummer sometimes and I know that you all understand that feeling. But it never ceases to amaze me how you all come together when called. Whether it's a stranger who's hurt, passed or times of gathering like the facelift or various fundraisers it seems that so many people just do it with open heart and checkbooks.
I fear I may be rambling but didn't want the moment to pass without embracing it. I'm overwhelmed by the love out there. Countless donations made to our friend Blitzo over the course of months......years! Provider of cars, cash, living arrangements, items of need mailed in, items purchased on his behalf and the continuous words of appreciation and concern, people driving in from States away to visit, people regularly stopping by .... it just goes on and on.
I'm not sure who wants their names out there but I hope you all truly know how much we appreciate the generosity both emotionally and financially. You guys really are amazing, or should I say "the Mack"?

You deserve a lot of credit for bringing this all together. Without all your help Billy would not have seen the outpouring of love and respect he has earned from his lifetime of dedication to the climbing community.
Thanks to you I got to see the Reverend yesterday. He is pretty upbeat, and has the nurses jumping to make his life better.

susan peplow - "You guys really are amazing, or should I say 'The Mack'?" -- Perhaps, but dood (Blitzo) is definitely THE Mack! If there was ever any doubts, after following this thread, they no longer exist. Plus, he's surrounded by Mack Momma's, so hey...nuff said!
